Excellent course. Although it was only one day, I felt more confident that I could step in and put the training into practice, than I did after attending the 4 day course with another provider. The training was informative and interesting, and Paul used his own experiences to demonstrate how valuable the skills are. It was a small informal group and run at a relaxed pace, with some humour thrown in, which meant everyone was put at ease when joining in with the practical exercises. Thanks.
