21 January The first use of our new training space We have revamped our training space within our offices, and today (17 January) was its first outing! Today was a rewarding day at the office for LRB Consulting Limited as we hosted an open First Aid training session in our new space. As the Operations Manager for the business, I always find it impactful to see people investing their time into acquiring these lifechanging skills, that extend beyond the workplace and into everyday life. First aid training isn’t a tick box exercise; it’s a toolkit that empowers you to make a real difference in critical situations. Feeling proud to be a small part of a big process that enhances workplace safety, but also fosters a culture of preparedness and creates a community of individuals ready to lend a helping hand when it matters most. Something I appreciate by being a fly-on-the-wall at these sessions is recognising the different dynamic each course brings. No two sessions are the same, with different questions, lived experiences and workplace scenarios breathing new life into the training.
